changed bookmarks

I opened up my browser, and my all my bookmarks were changed. There were ones I never put in, some were missing, and the organization is totally different. I ran spybot, adaware and system mechanic. Nothing was found except tracking cookies, and 2 registry files. Does anyone know what happened?
