Citofarera

Hello all,

First time i get here and hopefully will be the last time :O)

I got this problem "Citofarera"

Spybot sees it but it seems its still there after beeing removed.

I need a way to get rid of it, and explained step by step on how to do it. IM not very good with programming and stuff like that so a big explanation would be very cool :O)

Which leads me to ask which version of Spybot-S&D you have.

Open Spybot>Help>About will give you the version and latest detection update.

Also what is your operating system.

Well has far the other link you gave me i readed it but i dont really get it. Must be because i talk french. It's not really clear to me.

And i got Windows Xp, must be the familial edition
