Spybot has done great for identifying my problems and getting rid of them but not keeping them gone. There are about 5 threats that keep returning while I'm keeping all internet access minimal while trying to handle these. Could they be backing up anywhere? Are there any settings I could be missing? Does anyone have a suggestion?

Stallion Duck, what is Spybot-Search&Destroy detecting? Can you post a few examples?

Can you run Spybot is Safe Mode and remove what it finds?
 
This is normal because when your browse the Internet you'll pick these up. I'm pretty sure Spybot's Immunization blocks these, maybe not, because I have not confirmed it yet.

I tend to clear my cache, cookies, and browser gunk after every session.

Conclusion: It's normal for you to receive these. These browser tracks are normal, and they do not pose a real threat as they are harmless.
