I see you disabled a service with msconfig

".dpip29a"=dword:00000003

Re-enable it then you can use a sc command to delete it.
Open a command prompt (start run type cmd press enter) type
sc delete ".dpip29a"
press enter, type exit and press enter to exit the command prompt.

Did you see a succeed message ?

Launch Notepad (not wordpad), and copy and paste the contents of the code box below into a new text file.
Save it as file name: "fixme.reg" (not including the quotes). Save as file type: All files (*.*) and save it on your Desktop.

Ok, be carefull with bitdefender, ive cought several differant file infector type virus's, its online scan will not disinfect it will delete legit files.

Think Prevention: Put in place a good hosts file

Repeat that proccess about once or twice a month
