Command Service and NewDotNet problem

Hi there,

Had a bad download and now have these 2 tenacious programs and I can't get rid of them with spybot. Earlier today I uninstalled Spybot 1.2, and installed 1.4, but still they won't go away. How can I do this? (been trying for 4 hours now). When spybot asks to be run when I reboot, they still don't delete.
