I have plugged in the dongle in to 2 other USB ports on the side of my computer screen and the graphics still don't show up correct on a page.

And the PC Tools- driver, not sure what you mean by that? Is it when you go to the Start Button, type in PC Tools and select Use Tools to improve performance?
No, I think what I see is residual files from Related to Spyware Doctor
TfNetMon.sys ThreatFire Network Monitor from PC Tools.

I think it best you post at the below forum, join first of course.

Start a new topic and explain you need probably help with graphics driver. It could be something as simple as doing a drivers update.....I don't know.
I feel it would be beneficial to also post the link to this topic too, they will most likely have you run other tools to help identify whats going on.
Sorry this takes me out of my field of knowledge.

Let's remove tools used and quarantine folders.

  • Click the Run button.
  • -- This will remove the specialised tools we used to disinfect your system. Any leftover logs, files, folders or tools remaining on your Desktop which were not removed can be deleted manually (right-click the file + delete).

i have signed up on that forum before, reguarding the blue screen problem and they never replied back for a couple weeks at least. so i gave up on them. but i will give it another try though.

i have created a thread on that forum with the same title as this thread. also while i was looking at the rating and performance of my computer, do you think it might have anything to do with problems?
It says:

Processor:Subscore 4.4
Memory RAM Subscore 4.8
Graphics Subscore 4.1
Gaming Graphics Subscore 3.3
Primary Hard Disk Subscore 5.9

Base score: 3.3

When it comes to computers it seems anything is game.

I saw your new topic, I've asked someone to take a look from the windows forum since this isn't malware related.

Glad we could help. :)
