Computer running really slow

Some of them are still there.

I have tried and tried to fix the three issues that remain. I booted in safemode and ran hijack this from there and selected these to fix but they keep showing back up.

They show back up immediately.

I am actually trying to fix this computer up for a friend and am planning on taking it back to her tonight. I will check back here though, it just may be a few days before I can get back to you. Thank you for all of your help! It's such a blessing to be able to come here and get help!!
 
Then I suggest that you disable AVG and Ad-aware before trying to fix those.
