Computer running surpisingly slow suddenly, any help?

Hello,

I have recently realized that my computer has been running surprisingly slow during the last couple of days, internet pages take ages to load, the pc takes time to shut down, the programs are slow to start. I strongly believe that i have been infected by some sort of malware.

Is there any way i can get some help, or walkthrough in order to clear my PC ?
