Computer turning on but not booting?

Hi, I don't know if this is an issue of spyware, malware, or my computer has just called it quits...It was working fine yesterday.

I can't provide a HJT log or scan w/ Spybot because it will not boot. When I turn it on, the green light turns on, but the monitor acts like the computer is off, and I don't hear any activity inside the tower.

Is there anything I can do?

That sounds like a hardware issue to me.

Does power supply turn on?
