Conduit Background Removal

I have conduit background and was going to remove it, but I receive "The action can't be completed because the file is open in Windows host process (Rundll32.)" Can anyone help me with this? I've been trying to get rid of this for a very long time and would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Please see the sticky which includes guidelines for this forum in post #1 and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary "DDS" logs which are used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the DDS logs and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
