Confused about "Updates" ??

Alright, so I click updates which is recommended every week, and then which USA flag do I check ? Then it asks what do I want to check for- I click "Immunization" and then says please check a file to check for updates ??

What's the correct, easy, fast way to check for security updates ??

Just choose one mirror - it is not important which one.
These mirrors are partners who provide places to host Spybot-S&D for us.
