I have windows vista. A while back cpv.feeds have been popping up like crazy. I've been trying to get it to stop by getting new pop up blockers, firewalls, and pop up blockers. I really need help.

What security programs do you have installed and is Spybot-S&D one of them?
When you say 'firewalls' do you have more than one installed and running, which wouldn't be a good idea.
If you believe you have an infected computer, follow the procedure in this link:
