damn doubleclick

Ive ran search and destroy 100 times changed privacy settings and have read everything ive found about it on this forum and still cant get rid of this annoying doubleclick.What happens is when im on the computer not necessarily the internet even when offline the mouse when left clicked it clicks twice. very annoying .please help

sorry that doesnt help. it still double clicks like its a virus spyware whatever. I had it about a year ago and spybot got rid of it and everything was ok now its back.

When you last ran Spybot-S&D, did the scan pick up anything?

some times it picks up windows security center disabled thats it nothing else.
