DEC150.bpl is missing

I have also been having the same type of problems, getting System Error (pop up box) messages saying: "The program can't start becuse DEC150.bpl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

Reinstalling the program didn't fix this problem.
