Deny change button disabled

Hi all,
I would like to deny change but can not due to "Deny change" button being disabled (not hiden).

When I close dialog box following image appears:

I believe that this "issue" is related with JInitiatior which I'm using but what is suspicious is that button itself is disabled.

Any thoughts?

Which version of Spybot do you run?
Could it be that you run the old version 1.4?

Yes, I run 1.4, and I have solved the "issue" by installing new version.
