Hi.

I'm wondering, is any kind of manual available for Anti-Beacon product?
For instance, I'm not sure what digits within Customize screen mean.
When something is "block" and it shows "1/2" or "0/1", what does it mean?
What "-" value mean ?
What "Windows Recall" app is for ?

Built in app help is so minimalistic.
Is more detailed manual available to download / read ?

Hi.
I'm aware of immunizer's description, but I'm asking about Anti-Beacon itself.

For instance what "-" mean when immunizer is set to block.

What 0/3 means in such scenario? I suppose that nothing is block.1745849258937.png

Ah, now I understand the Windows Recall question. It wasn't an example about the immunizer for it, but about the function.

Windows Recall went through a lot of changes since it was announced. Basically the idea was that Windows regularly takes screenshots of your screen, extracts texts, so that their AI can search through your usage history. Initially, screenshots were not even encrypted. Every malware on a machine could simply "extract" screenshots, which might contain sensitive passwords and more.

Microsoft changed a lot about Recall before releasing it. This page was created to give users a way to see if recall data on their computer exists, and delete possible screenshots.

"-" means not found on system. "0/3" means that 0 out of 3 found settings/immunizers are protected. It's actually a progress bar, which is easier to recognize once some are immunized.

We're discussing on what would be a good way to help here.

- Mouse-Overs?
- A button that displays an explaining overlay?
- Other ideas?

Thanks for "Windows Recall" description. I wasn't aware of such Windows functionality.

Regarding immunizer indicators/counters in my opinion mouse over (hint) with short sentence "not found on your system" while it shows "-", "partially applied" while it shows "2/7" with blue background, "not applied" while it shows "0/2" with gray background, could be helpfull.
But it would be nice to show examples with shor description in app's help.

But for me it wasn't clear what indicators combined with permit/block state mean.

Like this one. It seems to be blocked, but 0/2 grayed, so blocked or not?

Why it's only partially blocked?

Why I can block this (switch to block), if this looks like not present on my OS?
Maybe if something is not found on system then switch permit/block should be disabled?

It's not obvious for new user how to interprete this.
