does spybot detect graybird? aka torojan or backdoor?

I have found a file that i know is infected with the above stated because Avira detected it. Both avast and malware bytes did not detect it. Nether did spybot. I know this is not a false positive as a friend confirmed it sends information in and out.

As only Avira flagged perhaps it is a a false positive on their part.

However you can zip or rar the file and send to: detections(at)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)
