Doesn't seem to be working

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help. I have d-loaded the new free version of spy-bot. I ran the full scan and asked to remove the mal-ware. A box pops up telling me I have not selected anything and do I want to remove all of the above. I press yes to remove and it appears nothing happens. I thought I would get a message once the removal had taken place.

What am I missing?

Please open Spybot Search & Destroy > Help > About and let us know the version that is listed there along with the date of last definitions. (Updates)

How is the computer running? Please list other security programs installed, also the operating system. :)
