downloader.zlob.aty removal pls help

I scanned my system with avg anti-spyware and it found something called downloader.zlob.aty says its high risk but it cant delete it, cant quartine it.

I have also done full scans with
spybot seach and destroy
spyware doctor
adaware
but they all come up with clean scans only avg is showing this downloader.zlob.aty but cant remove it. when it finds this program it says it finds it in:

You got some infections there...

Disable AVG Anti-Spyware guard.
  • Open AVG Anti-Spyware
  • Click Shield
  • Click under "resident shield is"
  • Change it to inactive
  • Close the program
You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.

Please run a GMER Rootkit scan:

Download GMER's application from here:
http://www.gmer.net/gmer.zip

Unzip it and start the GMER.exe
Click the Rootkit tab and click the Scan button.

Once done, click the Copy button.
This will copy the results to your clipboard.
Paste the results in your next reply.

Warning ! Please, do not select the "Show all" checkbox during the scan.

Download F-Secure Blacklight and save it to your desktop.

Doubleclick blbeta.exe, accept the agreement, click Scan, then click Next

You'll see a list what have been found. A log will appear to your desktop, it is named fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (xxxxxxx will be random numbers).

DON'T choose Rename if something was found!

Post the contents of fsbl.xxxx.log to here (blacklight log from your desktop)

cant post the other one says its too long its 64,000 characters long and the post limit is 20,000
 
also i dont know if it helps but when i use IE i get lots of redirects, when i click a link it sends me to a different site usually advertisements.

Make your hidden files visible:
  • Go to My Computer
  • Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options
  • Click the View tab.
  • Checkmark the "Display the contents of system folders"
  • Under the Hidden files and folders select "Show hidden files and folders"
  • Uncheck "Hide protected operating system files"
  • Click Apply and then the OK and close My Computer.

Run Blacklight again. When the scan is ready, select the following and hit Rename:
c:\WINDOWS\system32\kdcjy.exe

How is the computer running now ?

Please delete the following file:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\kdcjy.exe.ren

Backup your registry:
  • Start
  • Run
  • Type the following to the box and hit Ok: regedit
  • A window opens, click on File
  • Choose Export form the menu
  • Change the save location to C:\
  • Give the filename, RegBackUp
  • Make sure that the filetype is set to Registryfiles (*.reg)
  • Click on Save and Close the window
Open Notepad (NOT WORDPAD!) and copy the following lines from the quote box below into a new document, leaving a blank line at the end. (don't forget to copy and paste the word REGEDIT4) :

Go to your desktop and double click on the file to run Fix.reg and when it asks you if you want to merge the contents to the registry, click yes/ok.

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Click on Kaspersky Online Scanner

You will be promted to install an ActiveX component from Kaspersky, Click Yes.
  • The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
  • Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  • Now click on Scan Settings
  • In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
    • Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
    • Extended (if available otherwise Standard)
    • Scan Options:
    • Scan Archives
      Scan Mail Bases
  • Click OK
  • Now under select a target to scan:
    • Select My Computer
  • This will program will start and scan your system.
  • The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
  • Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
    • Now click on the Save as Text button:
  • Save the file to your desktop.
  • Copy and paste that information in your next post along with a fresh Blacklight log

theres the log as for the online virus scanner it wont launch, i keep installing the activeX but it keeps going back to the previous page after its installed, installed the activeX control like 4 times and it does the same thing.
 
i did a scan with panda online scanner and it found a rootkit called processor but doesnt give any info on how to remove it.

Here are the instructions if needed:

  • Please go HERE to run PandaActiveScan...
  • Once you are on the Panda site click the Scan your PC button
  • A new window will open...click the Check Now button
  • Enter your Country
  • Enter your State/Province
  • Enter your e-mail address and click send
  • Select either Home User or Company
  • Click the big Scan Now button
  • If it wants to install an ActiveX component allow it
  • It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
  • When download is complete, click on My Computer to start the scan
  • When the scan completes, if anything malicious is detected, click the See Report button, then Save Report and save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the ActiveScan report.

Good news, the Process.exes are not rootkits, they have been used by the SmitFraudFix tool. The file has the ability to stop processes and that is the reason why it is flagged.

Then this file C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmdow.exe has the ability to hide windows and can be used for malicious purposes.

Now that you seem to be clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:
  • Clear your system restore
    This will clear the system restore folders from possible malware that was left behind during the cleaning process.

i found the location of the infection just dont know how to remove it. its in
