Yes and there are now two places that you can add HOSTS file entries from.
As in the previous versions you can go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced Mode > Tools > Hosts file > and then click on the "Add Spybot S&D hosts list" button.
In addition if you go into Spybot > Immunize > under the Windows section the "Global (Hosts)" item will add HOSTS file entries.
