error#10061

i can not update,"connection refused socket error 10061.
i read the thread on error 10061,but i donot have a proxy setup

There is a little bit here,about authorizing Spybot to access the Internet within your firewall,from tashi.You could try that,since you don't use a proxy.

I've tried it without the FW,same results. I was able to update manully. ?

I'm not too sure what else could be causing the error.You could continue to update manually,if you prefer.
Or,this is a bit drastic,but another person was getting error 10061(though they did have a proxy),and after uninstalling,then reinstalling,said they had no further problems updating.It's up to you.
