error cannot creat file

I need some support.

After a scan which finds issues and I try to repair I get the following:
"unexplained error in fixing problem. cannot create file c:|windows\wininit.in...access denied"

then accepting this I get an message stating " asscociated files are in still in uses (in memory)"

anyone know what is happening and how to fix this? thank you.

Please post a log of the actual detections you are getting. To do that:

• Run another scan.
• When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select "Copy results to clipboard".
• Then paste (Ctrl+V) those results to a new post in this thread.

Also what Windows OS are you running?
