Errorsafe/WinFix/Non-working Spybot

Okay, so this computer has been giving me headaches for days.

My first problem is Errorsafe. After getting an Errorsafe popup, Internet Explorer (which I do not use) has been opening itself randomly, and I keep getting more and more popups, which I have never gotten in the past.

My second problem is that I cannot run Spybot to fix this. When I first downloaded Spybot, I could not do anything with it because it kept saying something like "incorrect floating point operation." When I tried to uninstall Spybot and try again, it would not let me uninstall. While in Add/Remove Programs, when I click "remove", nothing happens.

Since then, I can't run any exe files or video files, those two I know of for sure. When I try to install a program, the window shows up for half a second, and then disappears.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know if you need any more information.

Obviously skip the Spybot-S&D part for now.

Copy/paste the HJT log and result of the on-line anti virus scan into a new topic, then I will close this one as helpers look for zero response.
