Hi, I really need some help.
I was watching a video at Megavideo and went to get something, I come back and it has given me an error and I start getting popups. It takes whatever I type into Google and shows me a popup about it. I went to my temp files to try and delete it but it said the files were in use. I tried closing everything and restarting and looking for what's causing it, and I'm having no luck. It also turned off Windows Auto updates.
So now I'm desperate enough to pay for some program but I don't want to enter credit card info when I'm infected. I remembered this worked really well one time, so I downloaded it and tried to install it but it gives me the error "Error sending request. A connection with the server could not be established."
Please can anyone help?? Much appreciated!
