external updater has been corrupted

i can't scan and im told that i need to update updater and that both my external blindman and my external updater has been corrupted i did'nt know where to post the topic but i would appreciate some help on how to handle this malfunction i guess it appeared when i tried to transfer spybot to this computers other users ?
