Fake.adobe.zusy continues to show up in scan

I am a semi-technical user who just purchased a new laptop with Windows 8.1.

I just ran a full scan and fake.adobe.zusy was identified and quarantined. I ran a full scan shortly after this and fake.adobe.zusy appeared again and was quarantined again.

It appears to me that this virus is being identified by Spybot but not actually being quarantined. How do I remove it?

Which version of Spybot do you have installed please: http://www.safer-networking.org/

Did you elevate permissions in Spybot?
How can I get administrator rights under Windows Vista / Windows 7 / Windows 8?

Thank you so much for your prompt assistance!

I downloaded Spybot version 2.3 and ran a scan with administrative privileges. It quarantined "fake.adobe.zusy". I ran a scan again and "fake.adobe.zusy" did not appear again and apparently is now gone.

I really appreciate your time and assistance with this because it was driving me crazy trying to get rid of this virus.
