Fake.Wget

Hello. I have tried and tried to get rid of this Fake.Wget but the thing just keeps coming back. I fix it comes back. I deleted from my reg. it comes back. Im pretty sure its a trojan downloader but not 100%. If someone could help my i would appreciate it.
