false positive virtumonde on spybot?

Can spybot pick up a virtumonde when scanning that is actually a false hit? I have virtumonde showing up everytime I run a scan, but I talked with an expert and he says it is not showing up anywhere.

What do you mean? When Spybot scans it will eventually look for Virtumonde/Vundo in the process, so if Spybot picks up the presence of the malware then it'll flag it in the results window.

You can't always tell if the Virtumonde flagged on your machine is a false positive.
