false positive

When I get the following errors

MicrosoftWindowsSecurityCenterAntiVirusDisabledNotify
MicrosoftWindowsSecurityCenterFirewallDisabledNotify

are they false alerts? Should I delete them or will this damage my OS? What do these mean?
