Firefox not detected

Hi,

Hope someone can help...

Spybot 2 doesn't detect Firefox to immunize it on a friends laptop, I've tried uninstalling both and completely removing and folders/files assosiated to both apps, then reinstall Firefox & Spybot, but still Spybot doesn't detect Firefox.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Do you have installed Firefox on another drive?
Or do you have installed any portable version?

Spybot would take this file as reference to detect Firefox on your PC:
C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Mozilla
Please check if you have it installed that way.
