SpyBot is showing the following as a problem. Should I delete it?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SecurityCenter\FirewallDisableNotify!=dword:0

Also,if you click on that detection with your mouse (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\SecurityCenter\FirewallDisableNotify!=dword:0)
after it's found in a scan,then click on the little bar to the right with the two arrows,you should see a short explanation,also.
