"Fix All" Button Disappeared

When the Spybot scan is finished I used to be able to click on the "Fix All" button and everything would get wiped away. But after the last two updates, that Fix button is gone and I have to separately click on each problem if I want it fixed.

Was it intentional to change that, or is my version of Spybot perhaps corrupted?

If you open Spybot,click Mode->Advanced Mode->Settings->Settings,then scroll down to Expert Settings,and checkmark Show Expert Settings in Results list,then a Select All button should become available.
 
I never would have guessed that was what "expert setting" meant, but it worked so all is well.
