Addresses

Thank you for your quick response.
When I want to forward or compose a new e-mail and send it to multiple addresses I click on the "insert addresses" statement and my e-mail addresses come up in a separate window. I then chose the addresses I want and click on the "Insert addresses" box and the computer puts those addresses into the e-mail I'm composing.
But the window with my address book now comes up but disappears in two to three seconds. The addresses never appear so I cannot select any addresses. I have to insert addresses individually into my e-mails. Very frustrating. The addresses will not appear no matter how many times I click the appropriate box.
