FRAMEDYN.DLL cannot be found

Hallo

The Spybot v1.4 shows an error message ... each time it's started:

"
SpybotSD.exe: Component not found
The application can not be started because FRAMEDYN.DLL cannot be found.
New installation can eliminate the problem.
"

What does it mean?

I've installed it anew, but the error message keeps coming.

The problem is usually caused by a bad path. Please read the following Microsoft Knowledge base article:
