Framedyn.dll missing ???

For no readon at all I have started getting error messge that framedyn.dll not found. I have this application installed on 2 PCs at home. On one I get error, while I can't find this file on the other & do not get any error message.

Has anyone else experience this? If yes any solution? Reinstalling did not help.

The problem is usually caused by a bad path. Please read the following Microsoft Knowledge base article:
