Fraud.Sysguard

My debit card was recently compromised, and it looks like my billing info was obtained from an online source.

I updated and ran Spybot and it found 2 malwares:

Fraud.Sysguard and WinSpywareProtect.

Spybot removed them both.

My question. Does Spybot remove all of these malwares? Or do I need to do something further?

The best would probably be to check if your system is really clean.
