General Malware Issue

Have a customers computer running Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit:

The computers background changes to a bluescreen with different colored letters that says "you have been infected please purchase anti virus". A program opens up and its called "system tools" or something and it runs a scan that shows you fake virus alerts.

The malware has disabled the following services:

Windows Installer Service
Ctrl-Alt-Delete
etc...

I have attached a picture of what spybot has deleted as well.
I have attached a Malware Bytes log
I have attached a HiJackThis Log

I can access Safe Mode and for some reason every so often when i am typing the space where i am typing will jump randomly...
