Generic Host Process for Win32 Services.....

Arrghhh! After a few days of problem free internet browsing on Firefox the error occurred again. The same thing happened - after clicking on 'report problem' the computer would not work and the only way to shut it down was by holding down the power button. :mad:

Sorry, but any other suggestions?

Ok now I think that I'll need to guide you to CastleCops. They have sections for Windows Operating System and Browsers. You'll get more experienced help there (these windows errors aren't really my cup of tea) as this isn't a malware problem.
