Get rid of problem called APPBUSY

Got this bug in my Chrome browser: http: // appbusy.com/SysInfo/znr.php?cid=72
Spybot is not getting it. How do I get rid of it.

So that everyone is on the same track please see the FAQ which includes guidelines for this forum and instructions in post #2 on how to provide the preliminary Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and aswMBR logs used for analysis.

Then start a new topic providing the logs as shown in that sticky and a volunteer analyst will assist.
