Google redirect.. security hacking?

i have a question as well.. i don't know if this was due to something (my father may have messed with the computer)
but when I go to my folder where the subfolders of Documents, Pictures, etc. are there are new folders that are there. They are AppData and Recent. I know these are normal but they were not there before and are faded. There are also a bunch of assorted files that begin with ntuser or NTUSER.
