Grr... Just ran Spybot and got an Error message

After running Spybot for the first time on my mother's computer, she's got Problems!
BPS.PerformanceCenter- 2 entries Maleware.
CoolWWWsearch.CameUp 1 entries HiJackers
CoolWWWsearch.Toolband 1 entries Hijackers
DoubleD 37 entries PUPSC
DoubleD.MediaAccessStartup 1 entries

When I tried fixing these problems this error message came up Unexpected error in fixing problem (cannot create file C:\windows\wininit.ini".access is denied)

Things I've already did Installed Erunt.
Turn off Tea Timer in the advance mode.

I'm at a lost of what to do to get these problems fixed.

NOTE: All cookies that showed up in the problem screen was fixed.

Please see this forum's FAQ which details how to produce a HJT log and copy paste it into a new topic.
"BEFORE you POST"(READ this Procedure BEFORE Requesting Assistance)

If HJT won't run please start a new topic anyway, make note of the situation and a volunteer analyst will advise you when available.
