Having issue Insider Threat

I need your help actually it seemed to me that my pc on network hasnt secure and i have noticed that someone is being monitored my pc ... so i m very scare about my personal data .... someone told me that it is usually called insider threat so any one can point out the company provides Insider Threat Management ....
I will wel and feedback
