having problems (Resolved)

It is a specific thing for Gateways.

I had to write zeros because it made a backup of my program files, user folders, and windows folder on my harddrive. I wanted to make sure nothing was left over from the old installation.
 
You may archive this now. I have reinstalled Vista and all the service packs and windows updates. I have also installed all security software I use.
