HELP---How DO I REMOVE???

HI ALL
I was clicking around and i thought i was in a safe place..
However to make the story short..
I got some virus?? zlob .... Came with something that calls itself MMCodec
Can NOT delete the thing at ALL!! TRIED everything...
I have scanned with Norton removed it in quarantine--scanned with Spyboot and removed i think--every time i turn off the computer and log on again ITS THERE!!!
WHAT SHALL I DO

Please follow the following instructions -> "BEFORE you POST" -Preliminary Steps and scanning with SPYBOT-S&D

So follow the instructions and post a HijackThis log to here
(Step 4)

Do also the following:

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder and double-click smitfraudfix.cmd
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
