it is ok to run Windows Defender also? (See comment at SpywareBlaster)
Yes, but I would suggest the active guard on the AVG spyware program trial may conflict with Windows Defender. I would turn it off.
J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 6 <<< uninstall
LimeWire PRO 4.12.6 <<< I suggest you uninstall this program, see this:

I have not downloaded it yet, how do you like Firefox 2.0?
OIN <<< this is PurityScan addware, uninstall it asap.

SpywareBlaster v3.5.1 <<< you just download this? It is my opinion, and I have been running it for five years, that you do not need the Windows Defender program with this running if you keep it up to date. See what the experts in the links have to say.
Viewpoint Media Player <<< I would uninstall this if I were you, see this information:
For your information, Viewpoint is installed by aol probably without your knowledge. I suggest you uninstall this resource waster in Add Remove programs.

I would also suggest you use this as a good time to look at that list. While I see only what I mentioned, if you see programs you know do not belong there or that you no longer use, get rid of them. Once you are done, run maintenance, both CheckDisk and Defrag, to clean up the hard drive.
