help me with popups!!!

I have 2 antivirus programs which include

-Spyware doctor
-Norton Antivirus

I keep getting popups on my computer when i acess the internet(mozila firefox and MOST of the popups pop up on internet explorer.
I am getting very annoyed.

Please help me how to fix this problem
