Help, Mediatickets Virus

I cannot get rid of this ridiculous pop-up, browser hijacking virus.
I've tried spybot, panda, smitRem, hijackthis, killbox, defender, manual deleting, etc, but it WILL NOT DIE. Please Help ME

One more thing, in Add/Remove programs it has 'MediaTickets By Oin' 5.52MB, and when I click Remove, it asks me to put in a 4-character code (camoflaged beneath), weird?:scratch:

Normally you remove Media Ticket via Add/Remove programs in the Control panel. Did you go ahead and try that?

Since the problems are solved Im going to close the topic now, this keeps others with similar problems from posting there logs/question here, they should start a new topic.
If you should need to post another log for the same PC let Me or Tashi know.
