HELP!!! newbie screwed up

I have been having spyware issues on my computor and a friend told me to download spybot and run it. Well I did and before I started I did a backup then ran it. I guess I ok'd it to delete some startup things and when I rebooted I was locked out. When I try to log onto the comp. it logs me right back off.
I tried it in safe mode and same thing
then tried in last cood config and same thing.

Am I screwed or is there a way to get back to spybot and put everything back?

Do you have the Windows XP installation disk or a recovery disk for your Windows system?

yes, I think i have the installation disk if that is what comes with the computor system.

I have a reinstallation disk that came with the computor, how do I reload it?

jagfan28, I hope you have backed up your data (documents and data) before using Spybot-Search&Destroy :surrender:.

Is it possible that you open the disc drive (the tray comes out), put the disc in and reboot?
