Help on Cleaning Viruses/Malware/Spyware?

Can anyone tell me how to delete this virus?

I've tried AVG, Kaspersky, Trojan Remover but no luck, this thing still infected me and my folder. If any shared computer tried to copy things from my computer, they get infected too....
