For a week now my system has intimitantly become unstable, Running for a while without problem but then suddenly all sorts a things happening, my start menu not showing all elements, windows opening but not showing all contents, Task Bar missing objects.
On one occasion I opened a windows updates window and I got the message : unable to show files, or similar wording.
I have tried a system restore buit to no avail.
Please I would realy appreciate some help.
